Please read these terms carefully before using the SMECZ member portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SMECZ Member Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this portal.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3. Form Submissions

All information submitted through the MSME Registration Form and Crop & Seed Support Application Form is treated as confidential. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Data Usage

SMECZ collects and processes your data for the purposes of MSME registration, support service delivery, and membership management. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of SMECZ and is protected by Zimbabwean intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SMECZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this portal. We strive to keep the portal available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Changes to Terms

SMECZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
